Vehicle Classes
The library Vehicle Classes (on menu Tables|Libraries (local) and (global)) manages vehicle classes to be applied in conjunction with specific calculation standards. The libraries can be extended by the user.
Selecting a vehicle class
The selection of a vehicle class is available via the Configuration of Calculations|Tab Road if the corresponding standard for road noise is selected at Tab Standards.
Table options for CNOSSOS-EU
Following emission parameters can be defined:

Datasets Default-Library
The default library contains for example the following datasets:
- EU15 - 2015/996 EU from EU-2015 to be used with 2015/996 EU/DE/AT
- EU21 - 2021/1226 EU from EU-2021 to be used with 2021/1226 EU/AT
- DE21 - BUB 2021 aus CNS-DE-2018 to be used with 2021/1226 DE
- FI17 - Liikenneviraston ohjeita 4/2017 from CNS-LAS-2017 to be used with 2015/996 EU
- NO21 - see SINT-2021-00435 to be used with 2021/1226 NO
- NO24 - see SINT-2024-00816 to be used with 2021/1226 NO
- HU25 - see CNS-HU-2025
