In the insertion mode (see Insert Objects) each click with the mouse defines a polygon point.
In the polygon point mode, these polygon points bear markers. You can move, insert, delete, or allocate a height to individual polygon points.
Moving a Polygon Point
To move a polygon point, click it, and, with the mouse button held down (the mouse pointer turns into a black arrow), drag it to the desired location.

When moving a polygon point and the ALT key is pressed at the same time, an object snap to the nearest polygon point of another, active object is performed.
Adding a Polygon Point
To add a polygon point, select the object as described above. Now, if you press CTRL, the mouse pointer turns into a black arrow carrying along a box with a plus sign in it. If you click the border of the object using this arrow, a new polygon point will be added.
