Convert to

Objects can be converted into other types of objects. For example, a point source may be converted to a receiver, and vice versa. The object parameters are retained where useful. If any, the missing parameters must be edited.

Conversion via th context menu

In order to convert a single object select the command Convert to from its context menu. From the sub-menu select the desired target object type.

Conversion via dialog „Modify Objects“

On the dialog Modify Objects select the action "Convert to" and specify the object type to be converted. After clicking OK select the target object type from the subsequent dialog.
