Adjust Column Width
The column width of the table can be adjusted as required.
Change Column Width Manually
To reduce or enlarge the column width, position the mouse pointer on one of the vertical separating lines between the columns inside the two table headers. The pointer shape changes to a two-headed arrow pointing left and right. This indicates that the column width can be adjusted now. With the left mouse button held pressed, move the mouse to the right in order to enlarge the column width, or to the left in order to reduce it. Release the mouse button when the column width is as desired.
Adjust Column Width to Longest Entry
By double-clicking one of the vertical separating lines between the columns inside the two table headers, the column width of the table is automatically adjusted to suit the longest entry of all columns. In this case, upon selection of the constructions, their short names are displayed entirely. If the table width exceeds the width of the screen, a horizontal scroll bar will appear along the bottom edge of the window.
Adjust Column Width Automatically
To adjust the table width to the available screen width, hold the SHIFT key pressed and double-click one of the vertical separating lines between the columns inside the two table headers. CadnaR automatically adjusts the total width of the table to the screen width, with the width of each column depending on the length of the entries already made.
Show/Hide Columns
By manual adjustment, the width of any column can be reduced to zero. The column is no longer visible then. To bring such columns into view again, use either the „Adjust Column Width to Longest Entry“ or the „Adjust Column Width Automatically“ feature.
Note
A user-defined column width will be lost when closing CadnaR.
